When a new project is identified, we systematically apply our validation process. This includes 3 stages: technical and industrial validation and the launch of mass production.
- Technical Validation:
This is the first phase after identifying a project with a client. Our goal is to demonstrate the full potential of our MMP® Technology to meet and exceed your objectives. We will obtain your technical specifications and calibrate our treatment according to the particular needs of your project, on a small scale.
- Industrial Validation:
Once your expectations have been determined in phase one, we proceed on a full tank scale. Through this phase, we refine the treatment to absorb the variations of the parts with our MMP® Technology. The goal is to retain the most homogeneous and reproducible results possible.
- Serial Production:
The validation process is in its final phase, and it is crucial to note that after verifying the industrial results, we establish fixed MMP parameters. This is to guarantee that parts produced under similar conditions will have consistent processing quality and lead time. It is imperative to follow this protocol to ensure an efficient and homogeneous production process.
